Hiroki Takagi (高木　弘樹) was born in 1961. Died in 2018. Started at Ajia-Do.

Moved to Studio Graviton after working on Project A-Ko. Then Pierrot(1989), Graviton(1990), Japan Taps(1992), Group Tac(1993), Pierrot(1994), Reed Pro(1995), Pierrot(1999~now).

An animator from the Kanada generation, influenced by works such as Urusei Yatsura in his drawing style.
