Kiyotaka Oshiyama

Kiyotaka Oshiyama(押山　清高) was born in 1982, in Fukushima Prefecture. Started at studio Xebec but is now freelance. Capable of doing paper and digital animation. Takashi Kojima joins him usually.

Made an impressive showing with Space Dandy 18, which he storyboarded, wrote, designed, and animated entirely by himself. The episode demonstrated immense range, from grounded Ghibli-esque realism to surreal abstraction. The episode is often singled out as one of the best of the series¹.
